Sports Vision

In terms of sports performance, it is important that sportspeople can react as fast and as efficiently as possible to their visual environment.

The more quickly they can recognise changes in their visual environment, the more quickly they can react to these changes, anticipate the move of their opponent or decide what they are going to do next.

Using vision training we can improve the performance of sports people in terms of their speed of focussing, ability to make fast, accurate eye movements and improve their depth perception so that they are faster and more accurate in their movements and actions when playing their sport.

Vision training can also improve ‘visual stamina’ so that an individual can perform at a high level for a longer period of time.
